The Sacramento Black Golf Association held their annual invitational tournament and luncheon at Haggin Oaks in our Pavilion tent. Here are some highlights from their event.
We had an amazing day hosting the SBGA Luncheon after their Invitational Golf Tournament. They had speakers talking about the impact of the SBGA and their future direction. This is an amazing organization and we are so happy they chose our event space to host their tournament.
The SABGC is dedicated to encouraging youth and teaching them the value of good sportsmanship; that includes the development of skills and techniques to advance in the game of golf. They were formed to recruit, organize, develop, support, and promote Junior golfers and Junior Golf Programs while promoting interest and enjoyment in the game of golf. ALL GOLFERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN OUR ORGANIZATION as we aim to expand access to the game of golf for Black communities in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.
